Elisa Kafim--properly styled Dr. Elisa Devrana Kafim--is one of the most dangerous individuals in the Earth Sphere. Possessed of great personal might and powers that she claims are divine, she and her forces are part of the secretive terrorist organization 'Dawn of Fold', where she works with seemingly disparate elements in pursuit of an unknown agenda. Her strange, terrifying kaiju have threatened the world before, but for now she seems largely content to act in 'human' ways. Her highest priority is her wife, Yuliana Kafim, who is also the source of many of her fell powers. She resides in the Arctic, at the Silent Castle on Kaffeklubben Island, which survived the Junius Seven drop thanks to her unholy magics. Some recognize that she is the very same Elisa Kafim who once won gold medals at the Olympics for Orb--and worked for Nergal Heavy Industries. Now, this witch with the power to enslave minds acts for other goals. Her philosophy of strength will see her Silent Calling ascend--one way or another.

Background

Elisa Kafim's background is shrouded in some mystery despite many of the facts being publically available. According to record, she was born in the United Emirates of Orb to a Meltrandi mother and a human father, where she grew up a bright girl who would pursue training in gymnastics. She went to the Olympics at 16, and won gold medals for her country. After another Olympics after that, she retired to pursue studies in science, and eventually became a researcher for Nergal specializing in kaiju. After an incident at the labs, she was let go--and then it gets strange.

Somehow, Elisa Kafim made contact with one Shari Loom, and together they signed up for Celestial Being. As Elisa's powers grew, so too did her relationship with Yuliana Dispersal, who would later become Yuliana Kafim, her wife. Her operations for Celestial Being were paired with an increasing partnership with certain elements of BioNet, and the buildup of her power base was rapid, culminating in the raising of a castle in the Arctic.

She has threatened the world with kaiju and dark magic, and now operates as the High Priestess of the Silent Calling. Once, she served a God; after learning she was a part of this entity herself, sent to Earth to find Yuliana Kafim, Elisa eventually broke away--and now, she operates to usurp Her throne and become goddess of the Void in her own right.

Elisa now bides her time, building up greater power and diversifying her holdings in pursuit of this ultimate goal. No longer does she seek to evolve the entire world as she once did, but she is willing to see Earth burn if it achieves her objectives.

'Strength' is all that matters.

Elisa Kafim is effectively immortal, capable of regenerating from any injury no matter how severe the damage, to the point where she will eventually reform if completely destroyed. She has dark magic that is capable of draining life force, enslaving and controlling minds, and manipulating space-time. While she needs her wife to break down the barriers between realities, she is still a potent witch, capable of blasphemous miracles that could see the world undone.

However, she can't fight on a scale with mobile weapons without mobile weaponry of her own, despite her great power. Lucky, then, that she has access to the Silent Calling and its secret stockpile of arms, including numerous Salamis Kyo warships and an unknown number of mobile suits and pilots.

Elisa has personal laboratory space in the Arctic, and numerous places of power that she has begun to gather around the world. She also has a vast fortune, obtained mostly through mind control, fraud, and the contributions of wealthy Silent Calling members.

But her power is not insurmountable. Her magic obeys one primary rule:

Nothing valuable is obtained without cost, and her dark magics will always twist and corrupt the outcome to be Worse for the world.
