Disgraced and ruined by a rival when she was a researcher for Nergal, she instead took up with a secretive organization dedicated to ending war itself... and quickly dove into the conflict, arising with strange, unexplained abilities and a sharp connection to Yuliana Dispersal... now Yuliana Kafim, her wife. Responsible for a number of strange incidents and bizarre kaiju, Elisa is a 'witch' with the power to enslave minds. She speaks of the power of the void and works in secret with BioNet, but her ultimate aims are still shrouded in mystery, save that indeed she does want to end war. But what else will she end?
