Celestial Being

Celestial Being comprises several organizations, all of which operate substantially independently and pursue the goal of ending war in the Earth Sphere.

Each of Celestial Being's independent cells have their own operating protocols; most of them take their orders from VEDA, a supercomputer which seems to calculate probabilities and potential events based on current events.

While Celestial Being works to diminish the power of Federation blocs individually, it also seems to take a particularly dim view of insurrection movements trying to use the possibility of a Celestial Being armed intervention as a shield from those powers.

Notable Characters

• Sumeragi Lee Noriega - A tactical forecaster and head of the largest Celestial Being battle group. She nominally serves as the captain of the Ptolemaios, a battleship designed to support GN Drive-equipped Gundams.
• Alejandro Corner - The Federation's Councillor in Charge of Trade and Negotiation. An Observer of Celestial Being, whose duty is to evaluate their progress and provide information on ongoing issues to VEDA.
• Team Trinity - A Celestial Being cell operating independently from the Ptolemaios battle group. Unlike the Ptolemaios, Team Trinity seems focused on causing chaos.
• Colonial Gundams - The relationship between the Colonial Gundams deployed as part of Operation Meteor and the organization known as Celestial Being is unclear. Celestial Being groups following VEDA's plan, however, have been directed to support them as best they're able.
