Shuffle Alliance
The Shuffle Alliance has watched over warfare for nearly 4,000 years -- an obligation that comes with the crests the five leading members bear on their hands. The scope of the Shuffle Alliance's operations has waxed and waned as conflict has changed, and their ideals have attracted varying amounts of support. They have an uneasy relationship with Celestial Being, an organization with a similar mandate but more aggressive methods.
One of their staunchest, longest-term supporters is Jamil Neate, a Republic of East Asia ace who clashed with Zeon in the One Year War. Jamil leads up the Freeden, a land battleship which seeks to protect those whom the Federation would exploit. During the Gryps Conflict, the Freeden served as the Shuffle Alliance's base of operations as they confounded Federation Cyber-Newtype research.
In the time immediately before the 4th Gundam Fight, AEU British noble Lord Mallory reached out to the Shuffle Alliance in hopes of contributing the support of Mithril, an independent "private military company" he had recently founded, that in practice serves as a check on those who would exploit humans and foment conflict. Unfortunately, the Shuffles at the time were scattered due to the betrayal of Master Asia, and as a result, Mithril would not form up with the Shuffle Alliance until 0095.
Due to the emergency circumstances in which the Shuffle Crests passed from their previous holders to the current ones, the current leaders know little about the day-to-day operations of their supporters, and are as much comrades as leaders. The organization has considerable tension, in the current environment, between the idea of being 'heroes of justice' and being simply 'soldiers doing their best.'
Notable Characters
- Lord Mallory - The leader of Mithril, and the one in the Shuffle Alliance with the broadest operational knowledge. Lord Mallory is a man with a long and storied military history, burdened by a guilt he does not speak.
- The Shuffle Alliance - Domon Kasshu, Chibodee Crocket, Sai Saici, Argo Gulskii, and George de Sand, former Gundam Fighters, currently carry the burden of leadership in the Shuffle Alliance. In practice, however, they are each either untested or lacking in credibility as leaders, and still getting to grips with this role.
- Jamil Neate - The captain of the Freeden, and a storied ace in his own right. While Jamil fears entering the cockpit again, he has a singular knack for tracking Newtypes, Whispered, and other exploited humans. His familiarity with the human rights abuses of early REA quantum brainwave experiments has been invaluable to the Shuffle Alliance in their mission.
- Radha Bairavan - Radha Bairavan was part of a Federation man-machine interface program currently led by Adler Koch. She now serves as a liaison between the Shuffle Alliance and its corporate mobile weapon development partners.
- Teletha Testarossa - Teletha Testarossa is the captain of the Tuatha de Danann, a Mithril battleship operating primarily in the Pacific. She is an accomplished scientist, engineer, and tactician.

Integration Notes
- All four of these groups (the Banpresto Originals School protagonists, the Shuffle Alliance, the Freeden, and Mithril) have been collapsed together due to their similar tones and mandates, and to give the Shuffle Alliance something to do after their own Gundam Fight outings.
- Mao Industries is a Mithril-friendly arms contractor. (It also works with most Federation nations.)
- Jamil Neate's background has been modified slightly to account for the less-destroyed nature of the world.
