Ujico cuts a strange figure, covered in tattoos and body modifications as she is - the ones that stand out most are the horns that poke out from the crown of her head. But instead of being some hellish biker freak, she's apparently a really nice but kind of eccentric political activist often seen at AEUG protests. Recruited by the supercomputer VEDA, she uses her cybernetic abilities to pilot the UTX-006 Palisade, waging war on the idea of war itself. Despite what Celestial Being expects from her, it's proving to be harder than she thought to remain truly neutral, and harder than she ever imagined to make the difference she wants to.

Cybernetics: Her horns are really a cybernetic control setup wired directly into her brain. This lets her bypass physical controls in properly-equipped mobile suits to control the machine almost as an extension of her own body.

Celestial Being: While she isn't one of the Gundam Meisters or the Ptolomaios bridge crew, Ujico is a member in good standing of Celestial Being and can ask for their assistance if it's necessary - however, she can't expect them to endanger their lives to preserve her own, or to abandon the missions set out by VEDA.
