Marida Zinnerman, born Ple Twelve, was one of Glemy Toto's clones of the Newtype Elpeo Ple, created to fight for his insurrection of Neo-Zeon during the Battle of Axis. Once the First Neo-Zeon War was concluded, Twelve, one of the few survivors of her siblings, was cast away into space, eventually recovered, and lived a wandering life of poverty before being recovered by Suberoa Zinnerman and adopted into the crew of the Garencieres as a mobile suit pilot for Sleeves.
