Sonia grew up with the understanding that she was heading for great things: there is no question about that for an Imaginary Number. Obsessed with books and with history, Sonia's talent proved itself to be a knack for using previous encounters to change her situations for the better, relying on knowledge of all of the wars both super robot and previous. Raised in Area 11, Sonia eventually joined the BU Forces. Racism? What racism? Her time in the BU Forces taught her her instincts, and core of looking back to stay five steps ahead and interest in history both present and future. She eventually was involuntarily shifted to NERV in 0095. Cognizant of her skills, Sonia was plucked from the masses, and given command of a battleship, with the hope that her skills would allow NERV and those within it to prosper.

February 0075 - An unknown woman is implanted with a genetically altered embryo. November 2nd, 0075 - Sonia is born to said woman in Cuba. 0075-0090 - Sonia undergoes some serious training. 0090 - Sonia moves back to Cuba. 0090 - Sonia joins the Britannian Union forces. 0095 - Sonia is moved to NERV and gets handed a battleship and her first captaincy. 0096 - Send Help.
