Sho Tachibana
The head pilot of Neo Getter-2 and the leader of NISAR's Neo Getter Team, Sho Tachibana grew up in Saotome Laboratory, and chose to step up and learn to master piloting in the wake of Musashi Tomoe's sacrifice in New Yark.

Background
A highly-talented and diligent young woman, Sho Tachibana has been training to pilot a Getter Machine since she was old enough to swing a bokken, since she grew up in the Saotome Laboratory. Her path through piloting academy might have been accelerated by the subtle influences of Hayato Jin, but her bravery and obvious skill in the cockpit mean she's decidedly earned her place as the pilot of Neo Jaguar and the head of Neo Getter-2. She's even been to space at a surprisingly young age, having taken up specialist training courses at Texas Colony under Jack and Mary King to deepen her understanding of Neo Getter-2's operation and broaden her tactical skillset.
A young woman of many disciplines, Sho Tachibana will kick your ass and look great doing it; it's little wonder Hayato Jin considers her an exceptional successor.
Resources
Sho is the member of the Neo Getter Team who's always planning and thinking ahead. Give her a problem and she'll solve it. She's a gifted iaido practitioner with military training, so on-foot she's as much a force to be reckoned with as Go is, though usually she's the one watching his back. Her close relationship with the Saotome Labs and familiarity with space travel also give her several inroads and interesting contacts to play around with.
Relationships
The daughter of Doctor Tachibana of the Saotome Labs and NISAR, Sho sees that core of scientists who surrounded Doctor Saotome and the original Getter Team as something of an extended family.
Friends and Allies
Go Ichimonji - An idiot. That said, his heart's usually in the right place and he's the one pulling us forward. Captain Jin was right to scout him for Neo Eagle's pilot, even if his approach to piloting Neo Getter is... slapdash.
Gai Daido - A friend I would not be alive without, my second-in-command and my wingmate. I know I can always count on him - and on his appetite to put Tokyo-3's restaurants out of business if they don't get advance warning he's coming.
Hayato Jin - I've known him for as long as I can remember. I have absolute faith in him to never steer us wrong. If he says the Dinosaur Empire isn't dead, I will train to fight them.
Jack King - The man I trained under at Texas Colony, main pilot of Texas Mack. Taught me how to shoot well in a giant robot. I owe him a debt.
Mary King - The copilot of Texas Mack, Jack's sister, and probably my best friend. It's kinda cool to have a friend who mostly lives in space.
Alouette Pommier - Jindai sword buddy! Also she's distractingly cute. I can't let Gai find out.
