Background

Born during the One Year War, Go Ichimonji grew up in a Japan in turmoil. Despite the valiant fighting spirit of Mazinger Z, the AEUG and Getter Robo, the violence of the Dinosaur Empire took his parents from him at a formative age, crystallising a core of agonised, vengeful hatred within him. Since then he has lived rough on the streets of the OCU, learning to survive in its rough parts and honing his body into a weapon without peer, that he might demolish every single Saurian to threaten him. Before Hayato Jin scouted him to pilot Neo Eagle (and head up Neo Getter-1) he was an underground prizefighter, renowned for his brutal tenacity even in the face of an opponent of a higher weight class. An abrasive firebrand who takes an instant dislike to everyone he meets, Go will use anything he can get his hands on as a weapon, and takes to the piloting of the next generation of Getter Machines with the same gleeful frenzy he takes to street brawling and prizefighting. In a crowd of screaming people, he is the one who will see the enemy and charge towards it, knuckles clenched.

Hayato Jin looked at this scrappy young street rat and thought "he's perfect". Let that be all the judge of character you need.

Resources

Comparatively limited. While NISAR offers him a bed and three square meals, his own skillset is not well-suited to the scientific pursuit of the aerospace laboratory. However, despite his lack of book-learning, he has street-smarts in spades and can figure out an unfamiliar city in seconds - very useful given that the Neo Getter Team can be anywhere on Earth in no time at all thanks to the sheer airspeed of the Neo Getter Machines. He'll also lead the charge into a fight, is surprisingly good with a gun, and is probably the one you want to look out for if you want any hope of getting out of it unscathed. Watch his back and you've made a friend for life.

Relationships

With his family dead, Go would claim himself "without anyone" and be proud of it. However, that's recently changed, not that he's liable to admit that.

Friends and Allies

Sho Tachibana - She's such a goddamn know-it-all, she drives me crazy! Telling me to shut up like that. That said, she's damn cool when she takes the lead in a fight.
Gai Daido - The big goof's all heart, but all the same sometimes I catch him lookin' at me funny, like he's working through this big insult. Better be worth it, lug.
Hayato Jin - Man, that geezer thinks he's so cool with the mirrored shades and the suited goons. What's the big idea with that stunt about "if you survive, I will give you power"? Well, whatever. I did, so now he's gotta come through on his end.
