Edward Wong Hau Pepelu Tivruski IV, aka Radical Edward, is a legendary hacker wanted by multiple groups and governments. Few people are aware that Edward the oddball hacker and the legendary Radical Edward of many descriptions are the same person, except in the most extreme displays of their prowess. Ed rarely pays much thought to this. Edward is the definition of an eccentric genius, often speaking in nonsense ways and occasionally displaying feral and other weird behavior. She's mostly nomadic after spending a long time in Tokyo's ruins, hunting bounties and doing Celestial Being missions for their good friend VEDA!
Background
Edward did not make a specific decision to fight for the world. Law enforcement harassing her and militaries bombing things in combat inspired Ed to constantly make their lives harder. Much random hacking eventually led VEDA to finding Edward, and they befriended each other in the very obtuse way that Edward befriends people, if that thing has emotions or not. VEDA offers Edward more controlled outlets for bothering law enforcement and messing with governments. She was born in 0083, so she's seen war all her life, staying in wartorn orphanages due to being accidentally abandoned by her father at some point. Their ability to fight largely came from their affinity for technology and hacking. She spent many years hijacking units in one way or another, until finally stealing a Refined Barzam in an elaborate trap that was being secretly transported by a very small team. At some point she decided she wanted a Gundam, because Gundams seem to be really capable of fighting normal cop units, and the Refined Barzam seemed really cool.
So she took many months to hack government facilities, subtly changing documents, having forged digital orders sent from this person to another person and taking advantage of government bureaucracy. Finally, a Refined Barzam was transported through a rough Earth location under conditions that would allow her to hijack it once the soldiers paused at a designated spot to take a break. Celestial Being operatives helped take out soldiers and do the hijacking, largely to make sure Ed didn't get herself killed while securing a new useful tool. She's still not the greatest pilot, and is still very new to learning to use it, but now she has a newfound power to fight cops. Edward being abandoned at her orphanage was an incredibly pivotal point in her history, as it led to her discovering computers and technology and having an outlet for her analytical and creative ability. Stealing the Barzam and also many large incidents of hacking and data stealing has led to more infamy as both herself and her unintentionally split Radical Edward persona. Though she is very young, so there aren't many defining moments outside of witnessing a lot of war.

Edward's actual claim to fame is being one of the most well known hackers in society, though very few know that Edward is the legendary hacker known as Radical Edward, as people have many different descriptions and beliefs about who Radical Edward actually is. Radical Edward is something akin to urban myth at her young age, due to her insane hacking exploits. From governments to corporations. And she seemingly has no particular theme or goal to her hacking, so few people even knows why she does what she does.
She's wanted by multiple governments and organizations, but very few manage to track her down, and when they do she typically slips away.
Edward also has a red fuchikoma that she uses for dangerous missions, since she doesn't have the intense military training of a soldier. This fuchikoma allows her to do dangerous field hacking.
And of course she has a large amount of found, stolen, and built tech stored away in her numerous dilapidated hideouts. Her savant-like abilities with technology allows her to survive and make the money she needs, even if it means just hacking a credit card or rigging an internet contest.
Her prized possession is her computer, Tomato, and her VR goggles that give her up close and personal access to the internet. She keeps these with her even in situations where she has to abandon her other possessions for a while and move somewhere else.

RMS-154 Refined Barzam
Ed's Refined Barzam appears to be a normal Barzam on a cursory glance, but it's actually been heavenly modified by Ed herself. It has a custom OS, mechanically it's been heavily modified so that Ed can do movements closer to a Gundam Fight Gundam, which she is a big fan of. Though since it isn't a Mobile Trace Gundam, it requires very complex control systems and some fighting game-like modifications.
The Refined Barzam and its weapons have been overclocked, which can cause some instability and dangerously aggressive movements. It is definitely not to approved spec, it is definitely violating whatever the Gundam equivalent of an OSHA violation is.

Fuchikoma
Ed's Fuchikoma "Popuko" is barely modified beyond certain field hacking modifications and efficiency improvements, as well as Ed's custom fixes to manufacturing errors. It's a one-man tank meant to protect Ed on field missions where someone who isn't a trained soldier might be in danger.
