Julia Ampere is a notorious thief currently in the employ of BioNet, infamous for targeting power generation facilities with her army of robots that she uses to siphon away energy and take it for her own. From there, this energy is diverted to other BioNet projects, sold or traded to places where electricity is scarce, or squirreled away for her own nebulous purposes. Currently she resides within the AEU where she has converted an abandoned power plant into a lair and a factory to churn out more of her robotic minions, but her relationship with BioNet has allowed her scope to expand considerably. Though she is usually quite genial and personable, with a flair for the theatric, anyone who tries to interfere with her schemes will find themselves in for quite a... shock.
