Developed as an escort vessel for the RX-123-P Gundam TR-S [Rabscuttle Proto], The RX-123-P Gundam TR-S [Hazel Flare Proto] is a design lacking the standard transformation capabilities of the finished Hazel Proto into the El-Ahrairah. Instead, it uses a Docking Port system for rapid deployment, allowing for connection and disconnection from the Rabscuttle. The Gundam is capable of using its Gigantic Arm units, provided by a docked FF-X29A G-Parts (Hrududu II), to devastating effectiveness. Though the main body may be smaller than the original Psycho Gundam, the resemblance of its arms are uncanny. It employs a special facelift system called BUNNyS, created by the Titans that originally drafted the unit, and was further enhanced to function with its Cybernetically enhanced Pilot.
