Hazard Chevalier was made to fight. Quite literally, in fact. A project of the Dinosaur Empire in exchange for the loyalty of one of the Tibetan remnant governments, Hazard was made specifically to be a Gundamfighter. Hazard is a haphazard (hence the name) mixture of human and saurian DNA grown in a laboratory and edited to emphasize human appearance with saurian advantages. Unfortunately, this means Hazard has been dealt a wild card of an identity. He's too human for the Dinosaur Empire to want around. Were his secret discovered, he'd be too dinosaur for humans to tolerate. Hazard navigates the troubles of this bispecies existence as if walking a tightrope in a windstorm. It's made even more difficult by his complex feelings towards the two species he owes his life to - uncertainty, frustration, a desire for acceptance and an acceptance of isolation have all left him somewhat gunshy out of the cockpit. Still he yearns for companionship and friendship, and tries his best to be as friendly as he possibly can - an odd juxtaposition to his fighting style, as his body and instinct have made him a savage, primal killer built on raw brute force. That primordial state is helped along by the Tyrant Gundam itself - the machine is the closest thing he has to family, built around the central nervous system of a Mechasaur grown along with him.
Background
Hazard is a dinosaur cloned in the aftermath of Axis Shock. He was created along with his unit, the Tyrant Gundam, as part of a secret deal between one of the Tibetan remnant governments and the Dinosaur Empire.

- Superhuman - Hazard has been custom-made to fight, a literal war crime in the shape of a person. His physical attributes go even further beyond the normal Saurian strength, speed, and endurance, enhanced and selected for as part of the process that created him - a process extremely similar to the creation of the Mechasaur kaiju.
- Claws And Teeth - Hazard has retractable claws hidden in his fingers and ankles. His teeth are sharp enough to tear open flesh easily, especially combined with his extremely powerful jaws.
- Scales - There are numerous patches of scales around Hazard's body, primarily over weak points such as the heart, lungs, and so on. These scales are strong enough to stop bullets or swords easily.
- Studying - While he was built as a weapon, Hazard leverages an above-average weaponized awareness to study voraciously. He devotes a great deal of time to reading and memorizing things, and is quite proficient at it.
