On 11/23 UC 96 a golden Gundam was spotted in Side 5 prior to a colony-in-development going critical.  Shortly thereafter Luio and co. put out feelers for attempting to find allies in helping them capture the suit.  After a meeting with Michele Luio the intelligence she had on the matter determined that it is likely a sibling suit to the RX-0 Unicorn Gundam.  A suit that is almost entirely comprised of Psycoframe.

The company policy of Luio and co. is to capture the Golden Gundam designated 'Phenex' to research the prospect of immortality.  It is theorized that the suit has the soul of what is likely a Cyber Newtype survivor of Augusta Laboratories trapped inside of it as the result of a Federation experiment.

How this occurred is unknown at this time.

Michele Luio claims a personal interest in finding and saving the individual trapped inside of this mobile suit, nevertheless, we should be careful in our dealings with someone who might make their final decision based on a corporation's bottom line.

At this time it is my assessment that in our mandate to oversee warfare, we ally ourselves with Michele Luio and thus serve as a check against the ambitions of Luio and Co.

Understanding fully that Luio and Co. are our allies, the secrets of immortality in the hands of the Federation elite would be disastrous for the future of humanity, and we should seek to curb any further exploitation of the soul of the young woman believed to be involved.
