Hello, Sho Utsumi here. I am here to tell you about... the Gridman Alliance.

We are a band of heroic individuals situated in the Tsutsujidai Ward of Nouvelle Tokyo, focused on giving support to the superhero known as Gridman. We consist of myself, Rikka Takarada, and Yuta Hibiki, as well as the Neon Genesis Junior High (Samurai Calibur, Borr, Max, and Vit). We assist Gridman in a pair of robots created out of a junkyard (you can thank me for the extremely cool names). Rikka's family runs a junk shop/diner, where you can get food and lodgings for the night if needed, but her mom's unaware about us, so please don't mention anything 'business-related'!

Our Tsutsujidai appears to be in a different reality from yours. After the One Year War's Federation victory, we've had a peaceful life - I haven't known war in my lifetime, and I'm sixteen.

Life is peaceful, or was, until the kaiju attacks began recently. Worse, no one remembers the kaiju the next day, and everyone forgets about those killed by them, usually thinking they've been dead for years, as if they've been blipped out of reality.

Our goal is to solve and stop the kaiju attacks while supporting Gridman, our hero, in any way possible.

If you are going to come to Tsutsujidai and help us, there's a few ground rules that need to be set, to avoid pain for everyone.

1. Be normal! Don't talk about your wars, try to fit in, ask us for help if you need a cover on 'who you are' around friends and family, etc.
2. Do not talk about Gridman. Do NOT talk about Gridman. DO NOT TALK ABOUT GRIDMAN.
3. When piloting, focus on avoiding taking out civilians as much as humanly possible, but feel free to smash up evacuated buildings. We can't have any more loss around here, but the buildings will be better tomorrow, if things go as they have been, and you shouldn't have to limit yourself away from your Taraba Super Claw!

Our testing has found that getting to Tsutsujidai is easiest through the train towards Fujiyokidai, around sunset. How does it work? I wish I knew. You'll fall asleep on the way there and back, though.

That's all for now. Contact me if you need Tsutsujidai tips!
