Freshly transferred from NERV's Tabgha Moon Base to its branch in OCU Japan as a reserve Evangelion pilot, expert on aliens and monsters, and technical administrator, few know what to make of Kaworu Nagisa. Between his ethereal appearance, detached friendliness, and penchant for the philosophical, many might call him downright weird--which might in turn explain the persistent hostile rumor that he's a Coordinator. This doesn't seem to bother him. Open, easygoing, and with the patience of a saint, Kaworu is always quintessentially himself.
