Among the residents of the anomalous space known as ‘Tsutsujidai’, many were involved directly in its various Kaiju Incidents. Toikou Yottsuri is not one of them. A somewhat solitary alumnus of the neighbourhood’s Other high school, her apparent lack of involvement in the town’s events has enabled her to move on to a simple life as an Asticassia management student with relative ease… or at least, that was what the people around her had assumed. Recently, the usually closed-off and distant Toikou has been frequently see in the company of one Milly Ashford. What, exactly, her business with the infamous ‘Miss Prez’ is remains to be seen, but it’s clear that she’s fallen in with her in some form…
