The Supervision Army are the primary enemy of the Zentradi, (though they have many enemies, having been stuck with the unfortunate job of cleaning up after the Protoculture). The Supervision Army consists of Protoculture remnants, Zentradi, and other Protoculture servitor species brainwashed into serving a force of unclear origin.
Earth was briefly mistaken for a Supervision Army holdout post, leading to the Zentradi War.
