Schnecke
Schnecke has the distinction of being the company that first developed Wanderwagens and laid the foundation for the current wanderpanzer industry. Previously heavily involved in weapons production, they have increasingly left that to other companies in favour of focusing on their strengths: high-performance wanzer frames, control systems, and engines.
In 0096, Schnecke makes fewer wanzers and more money than it used to by focusing on high-spec frames and equipment. Elites love Schnecke units; accountants generally don't. While they generally aren't used as the only units fielded, almost every terrestrial military uses at least some Schnecke wanzers, the most popular of which are the Grille and the Zeber lines, as well as Luftrover hover and jetpack systems.
Schnecke also makes high-end luxury automobiles and sports cars, and owning a Schnecke vehicle is a mark of prestige and wealth.
