Satellite System

Created late in the One Year War, the Satellite System was designed by the Earth Federation to remotely authorize specific weapon systems in the event of a catastrophe. It is an absolutely enormous power generation facility of some type, which operates autonomously with what were, at the time, top-shelf defenses. As it is situated on the moon, the handful of surviving units using those weapon systems can only utilize them at full power when the moon is out. As the Satellite System uses early psycommu technology to communicate, a Newtype is required.
