A Britannian citizen from a nation conquered by the Britannian Union whose grandparents were not Britannian citizens. Naturalization requires a citizenship test as well as a loyalty oath.
While Honorary Britannians enjoy improved rights over their Numbered counterparts, they face severe prejudice. Members of Blue Cosmos within the Britannian Union almost universally oppose the Honorary Britannian system and seek to end it.
