The Qubeley Mass Production Type was based on Haman Karn's personal Newtype-use mobile suit, with heavier weapons added to make it suited to a fire support role. Its most distinct feature is a set of thirty Funnels, small beam guns that are guided by a Newtype's thoughts and are capable of flying independently of their host mobile suit. A skilled Newtype can sense enemies beyond visual range, and guide Funnels to attack them. This version of the Qubeley also carries a pair of beam sabers, which can either be used in-hand or stored in the arms and fired like a beam rifle. The biggest change from the original model is a pair of Active Cannons, large beam cannons that can swivel to fire at a variety of angles. These features add much more weight than the original Qubeley carried, resulting in some loss of speed and agility. Some of these mobile suits survived the First Neo Zeon War, and were secured by various Zeon-sympathetic forces.

NOTE: This unit has weapons that require significant Mental proficiency to use. Characters that are unable to control Funnels may still pilot this, but will be better served by a different machine.
