-) Hi there!

-) ...Okay, I'm not gonna waste time with you.

-) So. The Photon Power Lab. And 'that' sleeping in Mt. Fuji. I sent all the specs my team gathered on that thing to you, just as we agreed. Don't go asking me for the Japanium now - I already have plans for it! But I figured from the outset that's not what you wanted. You knew about this, somehow. Or something like it.

-) Obviously you're shady about the exact nature of this 'theory' you've got, but I don't need a doctorate in physics to know that it's /bad news/. I hardly need you to tell me much in detail about that disaster to recognize it for what it is. And you've got the solution, I know!

-) ...I still assert that I'm this planet's guardian. But honestly. I don't know what I'm gonna do about that monster. All I know is that in the hands of the sorts of short-sighted and temperamental humans that hold onto everything on this planet - it'll be a disaster.

-) I'll be honest. ...if anyone could handle it, it'd be Koji Kabuto and Sayaka Yumi. I've met them before. They're smarter than I really gave them credit for.

-) That's two humans out of five billion I can trust. I already informed them that I can't count on them living forever. With how they live their lives recklessly, I can't even assume they're going to be alive /next year/!

-) Yeah no. You get it. You, of all people would understand why that's not gonna work.

-) It's already an impossible 'miracle' to talk to /you/ like this.

-) So! Let's get it over with. I don't need anything in exchange. If your 'theory' is correct, then helping you seize that calamity is just part of my mandate. I've got the means within a 3 hour flight of Fuji to put it under siege, but I'm waiting for the right opportunity. I've attached a few dozen battle plans assuming various threats happening to Fuji that'd give us the window to surge in there - including if the calamity awakened on its own. Honestly, I could probably /hold them off/ all on my own, but I don't think I could do that /and/ handle the Fuji Calamity. Really, that's your specialty. Besides, any forces you have to muster certainly would give us the absolute edge.

-) ...and we can't take chances, can we~ I'm 80% sure I could crush them. You're not the kind of man to take 20% odds of an unrecoupable disaster, and I know full well /you/ probably just appraise me at -

-) alright alright I'm pretty sure you don't think much of me at all. But you can't deny I have access to the most firepower to bear of any of us! It'd be the fastest way for me to blow a hole straight in that cursed mountain and ferry you right to that disaster's heart!

-) I can tell it's close to time. I don't think I'd have discovered it when I did if we didn't have to act soon. Let's make it happen, doctor.

-) I want to see you undo the world's mistakes.

–Security L9 Correspondence: [Cr:OWL] > [Ag]

-) Hi hi again~

-) This actually is totally unrelated to the upcoming... 'assessment' you wanted me to help make on the Toy Box. Everything's in place for that, I promise!~

-) Oh, and Plan-1211 is going /really/ great. Though - I'm not sure how you plan to miniaturize this? But I think you told me the movement patterns were all you need - here's the monthly log of everything I've been doing with those.

-) And before you ask, no, I'm not even considering giving you /those/ logs. It's already infuriating that you figured out I was doing that! Let me have my little indulgences~

-) That aside - it's about [Pl].

-) ...It's just like you warned me. I'm surprised that you had an interest in his 'theory', but maybe also not surprised.

-) Well. I guess in all my time talking to you, I've never got a clear sense /why/ you're doing all this. Curiosity...Control...Maybe something else way further on the horizon~ Come on. I've told /you/ everything there is to know about /me/, so it's a little unfair.

-) Then again, maybe you already know we wouldn't get along if I knew we were too similar. I'll just put that out of mind for now.

-) ...it'd ruin everything, wouldn't it~

-) The doctor's 'theory' is just not what either of us want. It's too much. Too overwhelming. I'd liken it to the many great floods that wipe away civilization. It sounds good if you don't think of the Earth and its nature as a 'place', but rather as an 'ideal' to be resolved.

-) Plus, I already figured it out.

-) Neither of us would have a place in it~

-) Yeah, [Pl] assumes I can't tell up from down, but I have my contacts. Including you! I can /always/ bring complicated theories to you, and you'll unwrap them for me nice and quick. ♥

-) I know that it's not a world 'we' can go into. Only whoever 'rules' it.

-) And I can assure you that's not what I want /at all/. I'm more of a hands-on fixer!~ I'm absolutely not above getting my own hands dirty to root out the hive of snakes beneath the muck, one by one. That's damn near why you bother talking with me to begin with!

-) So - I know 'trust' isn't really how you like to handle operations like these, but...

-) ...I'll do what I do best when it comes time to raze Fuji to the ground, and leave the door wide open for what you posited.

-) You're withholding the means to /use/ that theory from me, but it's fine! It's totally fine.

-) I'll do what I do best.

-) Senseless and wanton destruction that leaves nothing but dust!~ The terrifying yet purely primal power you've made sure I know just how to wield. It's so much fun! A little /too/ fun for my own sake sometimes, but part of learning to swim is the risk of drowning!

-) Besides, I made a promise.

-) It's still true.

-) I want to see you undo the world's mistakes.

]]Private Secured Interest Inquiry (Dest: Dominicus Strategic Auditing Department- Rajan Zahi) (Source: Chrome Consolidated Corporation- Isaac City Civil Managing Department)

Good evening.
As part of ongoing negotiations between our shared interests, including projected Earth Sphere instability, we'd like to discuss some of our higher risk strategies.
One of Chrome's most trusted agents and confidants is spearheading efforts to paralyze rapidly deteriorating Federation solvency, but before we take the risk, we would like to be ensured that our conditions will be met.
As part of this deal, Chrome has plans to undergo Class AA Corporate Restructuring, and will, during ensuing negotiations, rebrand as 'Balena Strategic Research Solutions' (henceforth to be referred to as 'Balena').
As agreed upon, in exchange for providing the opportunity for the Benerit Group to secure its foothold on the Earth Sphere's most important oversight positions through preoccupying Federation interests via large-scale action (see previous Fuji Operation mission plans), as well as assistance in anti-Anaheim financial / strategic efforts, Balena requests the following:
1) A beginning position within the Benerit Group's conglomeration, with an agreed upon evaluation score of 319. (Subsequent changes in performance assessments, including potential ejection from the Group's board, are accepted as per the terms of the Group's charter.)
2) Amnesty for associated PMC interests (Frighteners, Indies, Atrytone, et al), under the assumption they will be coordinated and restructure to work within Cathedra's mandate and overseen by the Dominicus Strategic Auditing Department.
3) Permanent ban on Murakumo Millennium, Federation affiliate weapons manufacturer, from entry into the Benerit Group.
We trust that these conditions are equitable given the assumption of risk on Balena's behalf.
Should this inquiry reach the eyes of President Rembran, an additional sentiment:
We want to see you undo this world's mistakes.

> ...everything's in place.

> you know, a lot of them underestimate just how much i'm willing to work to secure my future. i guess i'm not as fixated on the past as a lot of these people are!~

> do they really think i'm /that/ reckless?

> oh! by human standards i guess i am, since they're so much flimsier. wwwwwwww

> ...aaah. it still feels

> after she said something as overly sappy as calling me her 'friend'

> tsk. put it out of mind. it's always been this way! that is their /weapon/.

> they would have me abandon my promise to protect the world just for their personal satisfaction.

> now that i'm standing here, in at least a half-finished form of my ideals, i can feel it.

> the roar from deep within fuji, waiting to be unveiled.

> now, no matter which direction it all pans out - i have my safety nets in play!

> Mr. Silver isn't going to get in my way, since I think I assured him successfully that I wasn't going to let this slide.

> it's hard to tell with Cathedra, and even without having met him, I know Rembran's /merciless/, but you can almost /count/ on that. as long as it's profitable, it'll be okay.

> ...and I was about to say that whatever Dr. Hell wants doesn't reeeeeeally matter. i was so sure. i was /so sure/ i had the upper hand in helping him. i have a whole indomitable warship that could tear open that mountain and dance with that calamity!

> /WHERE THE HELL DID HE GET SO MANY MECHANICAL BEASTS!?/

> why are THERE SO MANYYYYYYYYYY

> l-look i know you've been preparing for years and years but this is TOO MUCH!? huh?! where - HOW!?

> i explicitly assumed he had some reserve army and made that deal with him under the assumption i could trounce them if it came to that

> but what is this!??!!?

> this is too much! i

> i'm good at wide area destruction but there's NO WAY! there's /no way/! if I made that move now I'd be totally screwed, they'd smother me in an instant and that's like the biggest weakness I've got!

> /where did they even come from!?/

> i gave him a whole strategy assuming a few different vectors of attack too, and gave myself a little extra time to get in ahead of even the worst of the vanguard

> HOW DID THEY JUST SHOW UP TOO?!

> if you could do this /why did you even accept coordinating with me/?? ruining EVERYTHING I thought the fact that you accepted means you needed me and it was worth the risk! are you just THAT far gone?! ugh!! this is the problem with humans. okay this is problem #912 with humans.

> aaaa

> AAAAAA

> shit.

> oh this sucks.

> ohhhhhhhhhh i'm

> calm down calm down.

> i can get through this.

> i am /this close/ to it.

> especially since the Calamity is an all in one package! or at least it's a suitable <Body> and <Heart>. maybe there's a <Mind> in there too! if I have to destroy this Macross to get myself in there, that's fine. I don't really need both. ...i'll give it a shot, but since I still don't really...understand it...gnn. Tchhh...it's risky. At this phase, I can only give myself a 20% chance of accessing, harnessing, and controlling it.

> ...ugh, but in this current position too - I can't make a step until I help the Doctor make his demands and that's probably just stalling for time, isn't it. I thought I was being /so/ clever making some pithy thing secondary to his plan something I could rely upon in a pinch.

> but now it's pinning me in place since I've really gotta fulfill that part of the bargain to Cathedra. if I don't give them their window to pressure the Feds, then they're not gonna give me the time of day in case I have to destroy the Calamity.

> ...it's gonna be okay. I mean, we've made THIS big of a fuss. No way we don't see a counterattack. ...yeah. That's right. ...when I submitted that plan to Dr. Hell, I assumed we'd easily crush anything in our tracks, that opposition was miniscule.

> ...I know better now. Humanity's a biiiiiig threat when cornered. They'll look at this swarm of Mechanical Beasts and get even more fired up. And I bet a looooot of them are pretty mad at me~

> It'll put the good doctor in a rush. And that's when I step in.

> That's when I do it.

> That's the way I will get there.

> That's how I will undo this world's mistakes, all on my own.
