The AEU's main base in Bavaria is one of the larger Federation bloc bases in the region. It serves as a distribution point for other nearby bases and a layover for long distance travel around the globe. As such, it is an important asset not only for the AEU but other Federation blocs who need to use it to move around their forces and supplies. So whether you're stationed in the area and out on patrol, or just passing through to somewhere else, you'll likely find yourself comming the base. Business as usual.

But then communication to the base suddenly cuts out. This is not necessarily that unusual, in this world of difficult ranged communications. Perhaps there was a sudden spike of interference between you and the base.

--- BGM: https://youtu.be/roRYRpzx4yk ---

However, things take a sudden turn for the concerning as something strange happens to the sky. Streams of crimson light stretch out above, particles of equally red light beginning to fall across the entire surrounding area like snow.

At the same time, communications to anywhere else go dead, even tight beams. Sensor readings of the surroundings drop in range to less than a kilometer, making visual cameras and plain old eyesight the only means of knowing what's out there.

Whatever is happening though, it seems that the source is the base itself, as that is where this ominous light likely causing all this is streaming from.

As you close in on the base, the situation becomes more dire as smoke can be seen rising into the sky. And not small amounts of it. Clearing the final visual barrier, the base comes into view.

It's on fire.

Not all of it, but a significant portion of the base facilities are in ruins, fires spreading unchecked. The remains of numerous mobile weapons litter the ground, the base's defenders. Occasionally a couple more will pop up, finally clearing their hangars, only for streaks of red light to past through them, burning holes into them and causing them to explode.

And the source of all of this floats in the air above the base. Crimson pouring out of numerous vents across its red frame like wings of light. Its distinctive engine unleashing the unique particles that have become the subject of concern in recent months. A Celestial Being Gundam.

In its cockpit, the pilot giggles.

<Pose Tracker> Gary Biaggi has posed.

The sirens around the base are screaming, general communication may not be working but good ole air raid sirens appear to be working just fine. In fact they are blasting through out the base as everything goes to hell. Mixed in are pre recorded messages in a mix of languages about scrambling fighters and the base being under attack.

Lieutenant Gary Biaggi is standing outside a small rusty little hangar that houses mainly the old training Messers and a single ENACT as he watches the main hangar go up in flames. "Serves them right for trying to keep me out of the fight." Casually strolling forward he grabs his helmet, and climbs into the ENACT. Checking comms he hears a mix of static and chaos and shakes his head, "Wouldn't be the first time sounds of screaming was a sign to take off."

Moments later the blue ENACT is in the air in flight mode flying to the source of the chaos and as he sees the crimson suit he just adds to his silent cockpit, "At least whoever is piloting it has good taste in colors."

<Pose Tracker> Bergh Scred has posed.

"What the hell, really?!" Bergh Scred exclaims, a cigarette falling out of his mouth and onto the floor while he stumbles. If he hadn't of grabbed the railing in time, he probably would have gone headfirst and cracked his skull on the ground below.

The air siren is blaring loud as the base's defenses try to scramble. He'd been passing through in an instructing position to the engineering personnel, for maintaining their freshly delivered RGM-109 squadron. The task wasn't actually all that difficult - for as much as it was based on the F90, the Heavygun was ultimately refined and polished for ease of use and modularity.

Compared to working on a GM, it was practically a cakewalk. Unfortunately, though, most of those Heavyguns were now slag on the cold ground outside the base. "That pilot's taking 'em out faster than they can even get out the damn doors. Just that one mobile suit's keeping us like fish in a barrel," he grouses, before moving to one of the remaining Heavygun units left in his hangar.

It was equipped with H-Parts; a heavy-weapons system for ground use, based on F90's own H-Parts. It'd been used in a mock battle earlier in the day to demonstrate its capabilities to the pilots - but it looks like he was going to be taking it out for a real trial by fire. "But, first I gotta' get those dummy rounds exchanged for real munitions. Hey, someone give me a hand with this!"

And so, an expedient five minutes later, Bergh uses a beam saber to cut his way out the side of the hangar and dash out, speeding along with the hover units equipped on the legs. No way am I gonna' let myself get caught out like those jokers!

The tiny, barely-fifteen-meters MS veers, drifting as it bends its knees to take aim with its shoulder mounted bazookas. "An unknown, red mobile suit ... but what's that crap spewing out of its back?" he frowns at the fuzzy visual.

The Heavygun's frame shudders as a volley of explosive shells bark out in the Throne's direction, with Bergh eager to test the durability of its armor. If I'm lucky, its thing body means it can't stand up to too much firepower ... but if it's using some new armor system like the G-Project was testing, then I'm probably fresh out of luck.

At least he had one ally who'd survived the opening assault; an ENACT, a high mobility flight-use mobile suit. "At least I'm not gonna' have to do all the lifting.."

<Pose Tracker> Nena Trinity has posed.

An Enact takes off from a remote, rusty hangar. Which is probably what saved it from being a target for the red Gundam. It's pilot probably couldn't even be bothered to waste a shot on what looked more like a tool shed than a hangar.

So it's with some surprise that Nena spots the new ENACT in the air. She muses to the purple Haro in her cockpit, "They still had some machines hidden away? That's fine!" She casually aims at the flying Enact and fires.

The red beam... Misses as the pilot evades it!

Nena's eyes go a little wide at the sight, "Ohhhhhh? Could this one actually have some fight in it? This could be fun."

Purple Haro buzzes back at Nena, "Stick to the plan! Stick to the plan!"

Nena hits her fist on top of the machine, "Be quiet, you."

Purple Haro doesn't take that lightly, flapping its wings as it replies, "Get bent! Get bent!"

Nena grins as she turns her attention back to the incoming Enact. But then her systems report something else. She turns her head to see another unit already clear of its hangar. It had cut a hole in the wall! Inventive. The Heavygun's bazooka shots blast up towards the red Gundam, the unit maintaining its position floating in the air. It's not trying to move?

A field of those red particles its spewing out suddenly appears around it. The explosive shots detonate against it. On the bright side, the field doesn't seem that strong, much of the resulting blast splashing out across the machine.

On the not so bright side, the smoke clears to reveal the machine had turned, the shield mounted on its left arm taking much of the brunt of explosion. And even then, it's not showing much in the way of damage. Bergh's suspicion about the machine's armour might just be accurate.

Nena nods a little in the cockpit, remarking to herself, "Not bad, not bad... Let's see how you like it!"

--- BGM Change: https://youtu.be/DezbAJ0DSGI ---

Along the side of the shield mounted on its other shoulder, several ports open up. From within, several objects launch out. They act like missiles as they close in towards Bergh's machine, though it's not a trail of fire and smoke that rushes out behind them, but rather those strange red particles. And should they hit the Heavygun, they don't immediately explode, instead unleashing a concentrated burst of those particles. Particles that do not react well with his machine, rapidly distorting the affected sections until they finally do reach a critical state and explode them.

<Pose Tracker> Gary Biaggi has posed.

As he flies towards the Throne, Gary sees the gun and waits for the moment he sees the flash before he puts the Enact into a hard bank to avoid the beam. Turning upwards he gets to equal height of the enemy and shifts his suit into something more suitable for a fight.

Gary flips on his loud speaker and says, "To the enemy pilot, land and disarm and well truth be told you will absolutely be killed. It will just be quicker if you cooperate" As Gary speaks he flips his rifle into it's blade mode obviously planning to move in to engage.

In the end he doesn't wait for a response, and really he never had any intention of waiting. He just wanted to get the pretend out of the way before he could get to the fun. Charging in he brandishes his sword in an obvious striking position. Just as he swings his sword towards the red suit the Enact thruster's fire, throwing Gary's suit to the opposite direction to spin the leg of the Enact up and kicks at Throne.

<Pose Tracker> Bergh Scred has posed.

"Cheh..!" he clicks his tongue, brow furrowing in concern. Some kind of barrier field - the properties .. it's like a beam shield it can freely wrap around its body like a bubble at a high enough density to interfere with artillery .. and if I shot at it with this pea-shooter beam pistol, that barrier would probably just scatter the megaparticles and diffuse the attack easy.

His thoughts race through his head in a flash, as the red titan shifts its body in his direction, revealing the minimal scuffing to its shield. "Ahhhh ... how unlucky can one guy be? Damn."

Whatever it was made out of, he was approximating it to be pretty similar to a Lunar Titanium based composite. And now that I get a good look at it from the front .. there's only a mild resemblance, but it almost looks like a Gundam-type as far as the face and body structure goes. But not like one I've ever seen.

" - something's coming!"

It was like a tingling at the back of his neck that happened the moment before the Throne moved to launch its GN Missiles, the Heavygun's head tilting and swerving as it dashes back into an evasive whirl, bullets spewing from its head mounted vulcan guns to catch out the GN Missiles that it couldn't dodge around.

He was able to witness their detonation first hand and realizes that it was not strictly speaking, ordinance. "It's more of the same stuff its spewing..and probably the same stuff its barrier is made out of."

"I for sure don't want to find out what happens if I get caught out by 'em," he mutters to himself, his Heavygun zipping across the ground as it tries to find an opening, while the ENACT goes on the attack.

"This guy.." he frowns. It went without saying that under treaty, if she surrendered, she'd have to be treated as lawfully as any P.O.W. ; but, call it a gut feeling, he didn't figure she'd ever planned to give up the goose, regardless. Now wasn't the time to air grievances about small potatoes, he reminds himself.

" - there!" Bergh grits, the bazookas belching out more artillery while his Heavygun strafes the Throne from below. "It's just my instinct talking, but I don't think your barrier's gonna' stand up to sustained fire..!"

The way it's been sparking in and out as she's fought with me and that ENACT pilot means it's behaving almost like a point-barrier. There's no such thing as a perfect defense!

At least, he hoped.

<Pose Tracker> Nena Trinity has posed.

The red Gundam floats, turning to face the Enact that now does the same. The damned to disarm and get killed is made. The voice that replies is clearly that of a young girl, amusement in her voice as she says, <"An honest man! So rare in today's world. But if you want to kill me that much, you're going to have to earn it!">

The Enact charges in, turning its gun into a blade. One of the parts jutting out of the red Gundam's frame extends outwards. The Gundam's left hand reaches up to grab it, pulling it forth. As it does so, a large crimson blade of light rushes out from it. A beam saber!

Nena brings her saber sweeping around to try and push Gary's blade aside, but she doesn't account for it being a feint! Her saber passes through air while Gary brings the leg of his Enact up to kick at the machine. It meets some resistance, Nena's Haro acting fast to bring that particle field up. But it just slows down the kick a fraction, the move still striking the Gundam and knocking it aside a bit, "Gah!"

Nena steadies her machine, now just a tad annoyed that this Enact is proving to be getting the better of her.

Another warning! That one one the ground is firing again. Nena is forced to block the shots like before, this time with the shield on her right shoulder. That's right! There's two of them. Of course that's going to make things more difficult. Besides, she's holding out well enough for now. She just needs to get some hits in and wreck them!

The red Gundam raises the arm-mounted beam gun towards Bergh on the ground below. It fires off a burst of beams. Those red streaks of like looking quite menacing as they streak down towards the F90.

Nena then turns her attention back towards Gary. She charges in, bringing up the saber in her left hand in a strike back at what is supposed to be an inferior machine!

<Pose Tracker> Nena Trinity has posed.

Announcer: Last time on SRTMOO...

Nena: *beam saber struggles against Enact blade* DAMNIT GARY! WHY DID YOU KILL MY PARENTS!?

Gary: Once I got over the amnesia and remembered my secret past, I realized they knew too much... I couldn't let them live.

Bergh: *evading pew pew shots* This power... It's overwhelming!!!! Could she be The Chosen One!?

<Pose Tracker> Gary Biaggi has posed.

Like everything else in Gary's life he chooses to meet the problem of the beam saber head on as he raises his own blade and the plasma heated edge intercepts the beam saber. The light of the two blades intercepting causing the luminescent paint to light up showing the etching on it's face. Inside the cockpit, the devil has painted an arrogant grin on Gary's face.

% As he listens to the voice and hears a young lady he just chuckles and shakes his head. "Figures." Going over comms he speaks up, <" I hope you will not hold it against me if I scratch up your suit, I had some friends here who will be very sad if I go easy on you. Then again others would say to not pick on the little girl.">

Without another word the Enact raises up the sword, just as it did before. The Enact swings downward this time following through with the strike upon the Throne.

<Pose Tracker> Bergh Scred has posed.

The hail of bright scarlet particle streams strike the open ground and slagged MS remains that the Heavygun skates by, weaving with finesse around the firing vectors - just a hair faster, like the pilot was moving before the visual was registering in his suit. The ENACT is going at her relentlessly; that's working out for me, she can't spare too long to really pay me much attention .. not that I'm doing enough damage to really make myself a priority. I'm basically just a pest right now..

Reaching to its waist rack, where its Grenade Rack had been taken off, it instead pulls up its sidearm. It appeared similar enough to a Heavygun's beam rifle, but its barrel had been shortened into a snub-nose.

The diffraction rate was incredibly high on these kinds of weapons, which were meant for close-quarters engagement ... and as a result, it was probably useless against this Gundam.

But he needed time to collect himself. The bazookas on the Heavyguns shoulders had emptied themselves out to no avail, and he knew that certainly, the head vulcans would be useless as well. The grenades stored in the arm-mounted launchers were a lower yield than the artillery in the bazookas, so he already knew they would be useless too.

The only choices he had left in that case were the beam saber, and .. - The last resort..but I don't think it'd be smart to load that into a Beam Pistol. It'd probably blow the pistol up and kill me.

<Pose Tracker> Nena Trinity has posed.

Nena's beam saber clashes against Gary's sword. As the two struggle against each other for a moment, Nena takes a moment to responds, <"Oh! I'm sorry. Did I murder your friends? My bad."> She definitely doesn't SOUND apologetic.

The two clashing machines break off, Gary raising his blade to strike again. But Nena doesn't oblige. Instead, she backs off, the large panels extending from the back of her Gundam swinging up and over, the vents spewing those red particles turning in the Enact's direction. Gary gets a full blast of those particles right in his face, the interference of which will seriously screw with his unit's systems for a short time.

Briefly free of the engagement with Gary, Nena turns her attention to Bergh. The red Gundam bursts down towards the ground. It tries to swerve its way through those beam shots, but a couple still manage to hit. The energy is partially nullified by the barrier around the unit that pops up briefly, before splashing across the unit's armour proper. There's scorch marks left behind, as well as some apparent disintegrating of armour, but it's not going very deep.

Quickly trying to close the distance to the Heavyguns, Nena lashes out with a strike from her beam saber, all the while saying, <"Don't think I haven't forgotten about you!">

<Pose Tracker> Gary Biaggi has posed.

Gary didn't actually sound really upset about the loss either if someone listened, if someone really listened it would be more like Gary was using it all as an excuse. However why would a lieutenant of the base that is being attack need an excuse for combat.

The Enact proceeds to give chase to the new unit but runs right into the trap of those particles as his sensors go haywire for a moment. Already he is trying to push his unit to compensate but for now he goes a different approach.

<"Hey you in the ~static~ unit. I am out of order ~static~ moment ~static~ defensive. No reason to let her ~static~ over us." > Gary can't send any sensor data through the static but he can at least help provide stuff through his staticy loudspeaker. <"Beam saber ~static~, likes to ~static~ but also ~static~. Just ~static~ alive."> Yes Gary is confident his message got through.

<Pose Tracker> Bergh Scred has posed.

<"So you did forget about me, after all? That's cold!"> Bergh retorts with a childish quip - almost on the same level as 'I know you are, but what am I?'. With its free hand, the Heavygun draws its beam saber and ignites it, a yellow flash meeting the Gundam's own saber, the clashing megaparticles creating sparks and gouts of angry plasma as the I-fields dissipated eachother on contact. It's a standard size MS - that gives it more overhead power than this Heavygun can muster. I'll lose if it comes to a battle of push and shove!

Hey you in the unit. I am out of order moment defensive. No reason to let her over us. Beam saber likes to but also. Just alive.

Bergh barely understood any of that - understandably. Whatever the particles were that the enemy was spewing all around the place, it was wreacking havoc on their systems. "Like a Minovsky blackout ... Heavygun isn't even exposed directly to it right now, and the visuals are already fuzzing into whitenoise. But -"

"I think I pick up what you're putting down..!"

It was a vague sort of understanding not from the ENACT pilot's words, but from his intentions, and the thoughts he left open like a book. That was the nature of Bergh Scred's 'intuition'.

Pushing the saber wielding arm to the side with as much force as it could, the Heavygun purges one of its grenade launchers from its arm, hurling it directly into the Gundam's face. It was to stall for just a second, while it drops its saber onto the ground and dashes backwards, reaching for its skirt armor to grasp onto an E-CAP to toss the Throne's way. <" - You can't dodge at this range! Let's see just how much heat that mobile suit of yours can take. Even a tough girl like you is gonna' get nipped!">

The Heavygun raises its Beam Pistol and fires at the cartridge it had tossed, nailing it and causing it to erupt into an active way of burning red sludge with the viscosity of plasma. The Super Napalm was a chemical weapon that burned hot enough to smelt Lunar Titanium in a flash. He was sure that not her beam barrier, or her shields could stop it. Not at this range, even if his deployment was pretty hackneyed.

<Pose Tracker> Nena Trinity has posed.

Nena is not surprised that the Enact is so stunned, both technically with interference and mentally, by her awesome move that it has to take its time to recover, both mentally and technically to clear up its systems. This gives her time to focus her efforts on the grounded one. If she can just quickly take care of it, it can stop pestering her with its weapons.

Bergh manages to halt the red Gundam's saber with its own.

"What!?" Nena is surprised. Even more so as she sees a giant grenade launcher coming right towards her on her screen. The weapon bonks the Gundam in the face, knocking it back a little. Nena's visual sensors stutter for a moment from the hit, which gives the Heavygun time to pull of its move.

The detonated cartridge explodes into some super burning plasma, the contact of which to the air and to the red Gundam's frame causes a brief burst of flames to engulf the machine.

But the Gundam quickly comes flying out of the fire, parts of its armour partially melted and slagging. Plenty of scorch marks spread out across its frame. An angered cry echoes from the machine's speakers, "You're wrecking my awesome Drei!"

Nena once more closes in with an attack from her saber, this time thrusting it in rather than slashing across.

Nena sees Gary just as responsible though as after her thrust she quickly raises the other arm of her machine, the one the beam handgun is equipped on, and fires of a few shots in his direction.

<Pose Tracker> Bergh Scred has posed.

" - the field was able to disperse it..!"

Instead of her Gundam being showered with the ultra-hot fluid and being smelted down, it only had to contend with the first wave of extreme heat that damaged its armor. "No, the pilot stopped it with the field and then drove through before it got through. Damn - !!"

The Heavygun had no defense at this range. Bergh had, in all truthfulness, been hoping that it could have been finished with that. Certainly, if that machine weren't so sturdy and the pilot were perhaps a little less feisty, that might have been the case. It's unfortunate for him that he doesn't get to live in the world where that is true.

The Heavygun fires its backpack thrusters and attempts to throttle itself to the side with a yaw, but the riposte catches it in the arm, skewering through the limb that had held its Beam Pistol, which fires waywardly into the ground before the tip of the saber spears through the elbow joint and dislodges the arm entirely, parting the Heavygun from its now lost limb. "Ugh.."

It, thankfully, did not do that to the arm that still had a grenade launcher on it and as such, Bergh still had armaments to fight with even if only just.

The Heavygun raises its remaining arm and fires, blasting her with a pair of grenades that hiss as they whirl through the air to try and stall her, at least long enough for the Heavygun to zip away and strafe about her. My next best bet is going to be my beam saber, so I'll need to swing back around to pick it up.

<Pose Tracker> Gary Biaggi has posed.

The Enact raises it's arm as the shield rod spins with every hit providing some cover but as anyone with a shield can tell you they are not perfect. Shots get through and the frame of the Enact is seared and shakened.

Gary shakes his head as he finally gets his sensor clear enough to dive back into combat but for a moment he just watches and decides to change his mind. <"Hey big guy. Pay attention now and see if you can pick up on this. "> Gary switches his rifle back to it's gun mode and takes aim.

The Enact begins to rain down rifle shots upon the Drei (and around the Heavygun) but they don't appear to be endgame attacks. Instead one might say Gary is simply trying to lead the Throne into the best position to be taken advantage of.

<Pose Tracker> Nena Trinity has posed.

Nena cries out in surprise as the grenades explode against her GN Field, the resulting explosions shaking her around in her cockpit. This is soon joined in by numerous shots raining down on her from above. The well aimed shots smash into her machine, stripping away more and more of its armour. The damage is starting to mount.

And Nina is starting to get concerned, "Shit. Shit. Shit!" She quickly presses a few buttons on her controls.

The massive flow of crimson light that had been constantly pouring out of the machine cuts off. As a result, the skies begin to clear. It's not an immediate effect, as the particles still linger in the air for some time. But it's a sign that, eventually, the area will return to normal.

Focusing her GN Particles towards her machine's combat abilities, Nena... Gets Serious, "Let's do this." The red Gundam reaches up with its right hand, drawing forth the second beam saber embedded in its shoulder. Whipping it up around to join its twin, it ignites with that crimson light. The Gundam then rushes forwards.

With Gary's rifle shots raining down on her, Nena's course back towards Bergh is somewhat predictable, but it still gets her where she needs to be as she unleashes an onslaught of saber strikes against him. Several blows in sequence raining down on him.

Nena does take a quick break for in her assault for a moment as she aims her shield pod towards Gary in the sky, a barrage of GN Missiles launching forth and rising up to meet him. This might be Bergh's chance to act!

<Pose Tracker> Gary Biaggi has posed.

The Enact sees those damn missiles and lets up on the attack upon the Throne, shifting to trying to shoot down the missiles as best as it can, but the small machine gun turret on it's chest can't seem to keep up. Out of instinct Gary raises the shield and the missiles collide beginning to pump those particles into the arm. Gary watches the inside fo the cockpit turn red with warning lights so Gary does the only natural thing, he removes the arm and throws it away before it explodes.

Now shieldless and one armed Gary grins and looks at the enemy, <"Finally feels like it is going to be a fair fight."> With a practiced hand he tosses his rifle in the air and grabs it by a side handle, raising it in it's blade mode.

Gary doesn't seem to have any hesitation or fear behind his moves, if anything he is rushing forward eagerly towards the Throne at full speed. With a loud roar in his cockpit he thrust the blade rifle forward trying to pierce the barrier the unit seems to have.

<Pose Tracker> Bergh Scred has posed.

It's fast - and I'm a sitting duck..!

The Gundam is able to close in easily now that Nena was focused on catching up. That was just the difference in performance between the two MS - especially since the Heavygun's balance had been thrown off by the loss of its arm. It dances around with the Throne hot on its trails, warding it away with concentrated bursts of fire with its vulcan guns, dust kicking into the air wildly as the Heavygun brakes and slides, zipping this way and that in its attempts to shake her pursuit.

It can't, though, and the first strike that lends cleaves away one of the empty shoulder bazookas. "Tch..!"

Firing its right leg's hover unit at full thrust, it raises it up to kick at the arm coming in for another saber attack, and while Bergh succeeds in preventing a hit to the center of mess, he winds up losing the Heavygun's leg.

A barrage of vulcan gunfire rings out briefly before ceasing - as the head was slasher through cleanly, destroying the main camera. "Come on - !!" Bergh hisses.

After missing the initial chance he'd been given, the ENACT comes to his rescue again when it recaptures her attention. This is bad. Main camera's shot, auto-balancer is shitting itself, and that Gundam is still trucking on..

But unfortunately, there was nowhere to retreat to. It was win or roll over.

"I've still got the back-up cameras..!"

And with it, he's able to pick up the Beam Saber he'd dropped earlier. "No grenades, no bazookas, no vulcans, no napalm, and no beam gun. Gimme' - "

A chance! "A friggin' BREAK!"

Saber ignited, the headless, crippled Heavygun charges recklessly at the Gundam from behind, and hurls the saber at it before closing in further, purging its remaining bazooka while mashing on the afterburners to stay aloft in the air.

The Heavygun, its one arm creaking, grasps the bazooka through the holes of its barrels and swings down, clubbing the Drei so hard over its head that the armament shatters.

<Pose Tracker> Nena Trinity has posed.

The Enact streaks down towards the red Gundam, blade extended towards it. It quickly reaches that barrier around the unit, but is able to just effortless pass through. To great surprise on Nena's part. She quickly brings up one of her sabers to meet that blade, but with the delayed reaction she's only able to push it off to the side just a little to prevent a lethal strike. The tip of the blade sinks in to the Gundam's shoulder, the attached shield not at the right angle to defend it. It meets significant resistance from the strong material, preventing it from just going right through and out the other side.

However, as Nena backs off to catch her breath after the strike, the blade is pulled free and there are visible sparks within the scar it left behind. A clear sign it struck the Gundam's insides.

Nena is about to launch her own counter, when the Heavygun throws its saber at her. With her left saber, Nena is able to knock the spinning weapon aside harmlessly. But this creates the moment Bergh needs to bring that heavy weapon down onto the Gundam's head.

Nena grips her controls harder as the impact reverberates through the machine. Some of the side sections of her panoramic cockpit screen turn to static as some of the cameras in the head go down from the blow.

Nena growls a little, heard from the exterior speakers as she says, <"You guys are really starting to piss me off!">

Nena charges forward, left saber raises as she goes in for a strike against Gary.

Nena smirks.

At the last moment, the red Gundam bursts around the Enact's left side. A feint! Now where have we seen that before? Raising its somewhat sluggish but still operational right arm, it brings the attached beam gun right up close to the other machine. You don't need precise aim from this distance! She fires off a shot.

After the feint and shot, Nena bursts away and starts to rise into the air again, firing off a few shots at Bergh as she does so.

<Pose Tracker> Bergh Scred has posed.

"A feint!"

There's an electric sensation sizzling at his forehead unpleasantly as the Gundam begins moving around the ENACT. In the eye of his mind, he can practically feel the heat blowing through the Heavygun's cockpit and incinerating him down to his bones. Around the Throne, a vague red outline shifted violently in the haze, emenating a pungent killing intent. You don't need precise aim from this distance!

<"You're getting pissed? I don't wanna' hear that from the one who came spoiling for a fight - !!">

The Heavygun, seemingly at just the right time, pitches its body to the right and avoids the worst of the shot. The megaparticles brush into the upper right corner of the Heavygun's chest, filling the cockpit with an unbearable heat. Molten slag causes the armless shoulder to slag off towards the ground.

Raising its right arm, it purges grenade launcher, which flies expectedly at the Throne in a similar fashion to the one from before.

It was to buy Bergh the moment he needed, feeling out the space around him as best he could, to guide his Heavygun's hand where it had to go -

To catch the Beam Saber and slash, through the purged launcher, and into the Throne, before the backpack sputters and drops the crippled MS like a rock to smash into the cracked pavement below.

<Pose Tracker> Gary Biaggi has posed.

The Enact raises it's blade ready to parry the strike before the feint occurs and the only action the Enact can take is to turn the suit sideways. The shot carves a groove aross the chest of the Enact revealing the pilot inside. One more good shot could potentially do more then disable the unit with the right attack.

Still Gary doesn't have any intent of running away as he kicks at his monitor to bring it back to life. He isn't even really aware the cockpit is exposed, instead he plans to keep going.

Raising the sword and pointing at the Throne, " I am going to enjoy ripping you out of that cockpit." It is as if he expected that to go over the external speaker, but it was destroyed with the last shot. Charging forward the Enact slashes diagonally once from the right and then from the left, a horizontal and then vertical strike before charging forward to finish it all with a thrust. The barrage of sword strikes meant to flow into a long combo as if Gary finally remembered that he had to do back +halfcircle forward + a+x at the right tempo to activate this special move.

<Pose Tracker> Nena Trinity has posed.

Nena apparently can't get away fast enough. In her defense, she had expected that point blank shot to kill the Enact's pilot. The Heavygun's pilot is also proving difficult to put down for good. Which Nena laments to her Haro, "Who the hell are these guys!?"

Nena is forced to stop her falling back by spinning around, brining her shoulder shield into the path of the Enact's blade. It cuts through deep, leaving a long groove along the shield.

Gary and Bergh appear to work well together though, as while Nena is busy dealing with Gary's attack, Bergh detonates another of his launchers right in the red Gundam's face. The explosion engulfs the machine.

Night has fallen.

Red eyes glow within the reducing flames of the explosion, before they are all blown away by a rush of wind. The red Gundam rises up on its particles of crimson light. Before it points down at the other two machines, <"Now you've done it! Listen up! This is the Gundam Throne Drei of Celestial Being. You're witnessing history in the making! We're going to change the world one day. But before that happens, I'm going to make you pay for damaging my awesome machine!">

Nena is just about to charge forward to continue her assault when her Haro suddenly buzzes, "Time's up! Time's up!"

Nena blinks, before shaking her head, "No way! I need to make them pay! I just said so!"

Purple Haro replies, "Too bad. Too bad."

Nena sneers, "Oh yeah? And why do you think I'm going to listen to you?"

Purple Haro counters, "Because. Because." At that point, a display pops up right in Nena's face. It's the Drei's GN Particle count. And it's flashing in the red. At this rate, if she keeps fighting for much longer, she won't have enough to get back to base without her GN Drive-the thing responsible for not only powering her machine, but its flight too-cutting out on her.

Nena is speechless for a few moments, going over it in her head. Before finally groaning and saying, "Fine." But she just said...

After several moments of silence from the motionless Throne, Nena finally amends, <"L-Later. You'll pay later. Because right now you're witnesses to the awesome power of Celestial Being's Gundam Meisters! Stop your wars, or risking facing us again!">

The Drei spins around, particles bursting out of its unique engine as it quickly accelerates up and away from the partially destroyed base.

<Pose Tracker> Gary Biaggi has posed.

Gary sits in the cockpit of his Enact and watches the Gundam Throne Drei of Celestial Being who is a young girl fly off then his poor Enact makes some bad sounds and falls to the ground on its side. It is as if the puppet strings on the Enact were clipped or something.Really this thing should have fell apart many attacks ago.

With a groan Gary sits there in his cockpit for a moment before he works to climb himself out. The cockpit door didn't open or anything so he had to force himself out. By the time he climbs out the Throne is just a red dot in the sky. Staring a moment longer all Gary can think to say, "I have got to get me one of those."

<Pose Tracker> Bergh Scred has posed.

Night has fallen.

Now you've done it! Listen up! This is the Gundam Throne Drei of Celestial Being. You're witnessing history in the making! We're going to change the world one day. But before that happens, I'm going to make you pay for damaging my awesome machine!

L-Later. You'll pay later. Because right now you're witnesses to the awesome power of Celestial Being's Gundam Meisters! Stop your wars, or risking facing us again!

Careful to avoid the slag slowly dripping into the cockpit, the Heavygun's hatch opens with a hiss as Bergh Scred crawls out, sweating like a dog and his branded S.N.R.I. jacket slung over his shoulders. With a heavy, heady sight he manages to park himself on the lib of the MS' abdomen. "Fuckin'..."

"Celestial Being..?"

A crumpled cigarette finds its way into his mouth, after he shoves it against the hot, smoldering embers coating his unit to try and strike a light, fruitlessly, before he gave up. "I'll remember that. Though, it's pretty hard to swallow something like that when you came and shot our base to hell and back. ... what're these guys families supposed to feel?" he talks to the open air. "The only thing killing like this is gonna' provoke is more killing, y'know ... "

His chin slumps into his open palm, propped on his knee. "We humans are pretty much foolish like that."
