The Red Dragon Crime Syndicate (or, informally, the Asian Mafia) is a crime syndicate operated by a group of old men called The Van. The Asian Mafia engages in a wide variety of criminal activities.
While The Van have the final say on the organization's activities, day-to-day operations are carried out by Hoi Kow Lou, an arms dealer. The Red Dragon's secondary moneymakers include casino gambling and human trafficking.
