A proto-psycommu developed in the Republic of East Asia in 0079 and installed on many of its early Gundam-type mobile weapons. Flash System-use mobile weapons, for the most part, had sufficient power draw requirements that the other end of the system ran on a separate generator (but larger than that of a Bit), and thus, many Flash System-compliant MS weapons have been lost.
Theoretically, any MS with a Flash System can use any Flash System-compliant weapon.
