The Dinosaur Empire is an empire of evil dinosaurs that lived hidden within the Earth for millennia, gradually becoming semi-humanoids. They resent surface-dwellers, and wish to take the planet for themselves.
Dinosaurs struggle to metabolize the "energy of evolution," hence their slow rate of evolution, and die from exposure thereto.
