Why are you trembling? We can change anew

With the start ahead of us

"You recording this, Mic?"

Inside the Brave Robo hangar of Orbit Base, Lina Lombardi fiddles with an alto saxophone, tuning the instrument that had not seen heavy use in some time.

"You're perfectly in focus, Lina!"

The Brave Robo Mic Sounders XIII mans...robots...a video camera pointed at the green haired Brave.

"Alright, just don't get too loud behind the camera, alright?"

"YOU GOT IT, LINA!"

She winces at the volume and gives a thumbs up.

"Okay, we're rolling...Hey, Sheryl! I'm...Lina Lombardi. I, uh, was there when you were filming the Diamond Crevasse video, I don't know if you remember me or not." She chuckles, fiddling a bit more with the sax, this time out of nerves. "So, something you may not have known about me is that I'm a musician, too! Or, well...was. And "too," like I'm..."

Why was she even doing this?

We walk the tightrope that is an invisible tomorrow

Are we vacillating between that and what we imagine?

She sighs and clears her throat. "Anyway, I should probably introduce the song before I play it for you. I heard about what happened during the Gallia IV expedition. You've certainly been through a lot, huh? Truth is, I've been through the ringer myself pretty recently. I used to play the sax a...a long time ago. It reminded me of a time that I had wanted to close myself off from. A time where I was happier than I am now. But, my therapist recommended that I pick it up again. Says a creative outlet can help. You'd probably know more about that than me, though."

"Anyway, I decided to write a song for your contest, as if I wasn't already jumping in the deep end with this. What was it they said during the moon landing? 'One small step?' This song is about how that one small step means more than we realize..."

You seem down, and that's why when you look up

You can't see the vastness of space

Infinite possibility

Calls out to you!

"I call it...Giant Step."

And then she plays.

It's one Giant Step

Though it might be little for you

For the world (for the new world)

For the future (for the new days)

Its influence is immeasurable!

I'm sure it's a giant step

I don't care if it was only one centimeter

Look, something (now the wind)

Has changed (did you notice?)

So keep it up and take one more step
