(This file is not a general summary of the Organization of African Consolidation.)

The Organization of African Consolidation is Britannia's most direct rival, in some ways; leaving research to its partners in the AEU has allowed it to instead invest in nearly every other element of its infrastructure. It holds both a mass driver and an orbital elevator, and has reinvested this money into both civilian infrastructure and a very functional military.

The OAC has exceptional fortifications in general, but none so mighty as its fortress city in South Africa. The city formerly known as Johannesburg was rechristened Eisengrad during the One Year War, after its extreme fortifications proved impenetrable to the Zeon Army -- a claim not even the Federation headquarters at Jaburo could make.

The OAC is a fiercely-drilled, thoroughly-disciplined defensive military. However, the further you get from Eisengrad, the weaker both of those things become. Northern Africa has been a major staging point for multiple invasions of Earth, and is currently partially occupied by ZAFT.

Major Characters

Elmott Dustov - The Supreme Commander of the OAC's armed forces. Elmott Dustov is a compassionate, thoughtful man who believes he has an obligation to the world.

Hal Vizardt - A commander in the OAC army. One of a handful of personnel responsible for overseeing the defense of Eisengrad, this mysterious masked man encourages the potential he sees in young pilots.

Gerard Garcia - A pugnacious man assigned to oversee the OAC's Artemis asteroid base. Gerard considers the present geopolitical situation a chance to take Britannia down a peg or twenty.
