The Organization of African Consolidation is Britannia's most direct rival, in some ways; leaving research to its partners in the AEU has allowed it to instead invest in nearly every other element of its infrastructure. It holds both a mass driver and an orbital elevator, and has reinvested this money into both civilian infrastructure and a very functional military.
The OAC has exceptional fortifications in general, but none so mighty as its fortress city in South Africa.
