A former area of distorted spacetime on Earth, marked by an electromagnetic cloud that has only recently cleared. Formed after conflict with the Great Jama Empire in the 0040s, this region has seen the emergence of a handful of chronologically-displaced persons from the 0040s, most of whom are OCU Japanese military personnel.
