"What do you mean they're not there!?"

The room reverberated with anger, as Sikaru Hiyamoto, a relatively minor aristocrat of Orb who had managed to slip himself into the role of Lead Planner of the Seiran - Attha wedding, raged into the video call. His office overlooked one of the smaller bays of Orb, inside his family's relatively modest holdings (modest that is, for an aristocrat).

His put-upon assistant, looking worried and panicked as her employer screamed at her, tried to explain. "Sir, I'm looking at the email right here, you gave the entire crew the week off, they're all scattered across the country by now! Not to mention all the aftermath of this 'Break the World' business, I mean don't you think it's a bit inappropriate to-"

"I DIDN'T GIVE THEM /SHIT/ OFF!" Sikaru screamed into the phone, his face going red. "I don't care if they're on the MOON! I want my yacht setting sail TOMORROW. Whoever sent that email is fired! Make sure Claire is on that ship as well with a bottle of champagne and nothing else, and I mean NOTHING else!"

With a slam, the phone call ended. The man, with his slickly combed hair and overall appearance of affluent jerk looked out the window at the one thing that brought any joy to his life it seemed. The yacht currently at anchor out in the middle of the bay. Down below the tourists and commoners oohed and ahhed over it, as they sat on the beach wasting their pathetic lives. No matter, in 24 hours he'd be back on her, with his mistress and forgetting all this useless wedding nonsense.

Then the phone rang. He growled. Who the hell could be calling now?! He snatched the phone from its cradle and hissed into it.

"What?"

"You have a very rude way of answering phones." A voice said on the other side. It was masked, deepened, clearly disguised.

"Who the hell is this, and how did you get this number?" He demanded.

"I have a better question: Don't you think it's a bit inappropriate to be holding a wedding in these trying times?" the voice asked.

"What the hell are you talking about? Answer me, who is this?"

"How do you think the NUNE states are going to react to their prospect member having a state wedding while so much of it is still burning? Orb dances while Pendragon burns?"

"What?!"

"I think it would be best to call off the wedding, for a couple weeks at least."

"Listen I don't know who the hell you think you are, but-"

"It would certainly be a shame if something were to happen to your yacht."

His eyes narrowed, his voice trying to hide panic as he went out to look at his yacht again, sitting decadently in the bay.

"I don't know who you think you are but if you do anything to that ship-!"

Down at the nearby beach, where the commoners oohed and ahhed, Murasaki sat beneath a large umbrella, a wide brimmed straw hat above her head, and a fashionable bikini covering her naturally brown skin. As she listened to the rants, raves, and threats of Hiyamoto, she casually reached into a large totebag, and took hold of a remote detonator. Waiting for him to reach the climax of his ravings, she flipped up the plexiglass cover, and pressed the thumb trigger three times. A mighty geyser of water erupted from the side of the empty yacht, which immediately began to roll over to port and capsize.

In silent horror, Hiyamoto watched as his pride and 109 million in embezzled funds go under.

"Now I believe you also have a collection of classic cars at your villa." the voice said over the phone.

"NO! NO! I'LL DELAY THE WEDDING, I SWEAR!"

"Good. See to it."

Murasaki hung up the phone, and took a long sip from her cocktail, watching the yacht disappear under the waves as the crowd looked on in confusion. Sometimes it was good to do a little stress relief.
