A private military auditing organization on the Orbital Ring operated by the Benerit Group since the 0070s. Cathedra's authority and visibility has waxed and waned over the last two decades, as the Orbital Ring habitation units have been insulated from a significant amount of intra-Federation and general Earth Sphere conflict.
Under the ELASTIC Act, Cathedra has been afforded significant administrative and military power over several administrative areas on Earth, particularly those around the Orbital Ring tether points.
