In the wake of 'Break the World' and the damage assessments being performed, it is nearly a footnote in the news that Side 4 has been invaded by terrorists calling themselves 'Cosmo Babylonia'. An aristocratic oligarchy, hostile to the New United Nations Earth.  Despite their presence in the Break the World incident, mysteriously there is little reference to them bearing any responsibility for it.

Reactionary military enlistment into the Gaia Sabers by people newly without homes or future prospects faces an immediate surge, given the benefits of enlistment to those people and their families.
